Regarding Mineral Balancing it's something I recommend for everyone to do. Whether you feel you are healthy (I have noticed that feeling healthy often does not equal to be truly healthy and being in your 100% optimal potential and full health) or whether you are chronically ill, you cannot go wrong with mineral balancing.
Not doing mineral balancing is like having a racing car and not checking the engine oil, not making sure you get the best quality oil, not replacing your oil filters and then claiming your engine is going to do just fine. In the short term, it may, in the long-run, most likely the engine is going to blow up, except we are taking about the health of your body and mind here, which is something of utmost importance, our sacred temple, and should be treated even better than we treat our cars (which I is unfortunately often not the case).
Without me going into further details, for now, I will refer you to a person that explains mineral balancing in the best way I have seen so far.
Little disclaimer: Clark does not believe in chelation of heavy metals using chelators (which is where I do not agree with him personally). There are thousands of success stories of people chelating heavy metals, however, it is true that it's always important to address mineral deficiencies and RE-MINERALISE the body while chelating, as heavy metal chelators may grab on to some essential minerals, while removing toxic heavy metals from your body.

I haven't worked with him personally, but from the evidence he presents, people get very good results, backed up by hair test mineral analysis (HTMA). Clark is good and though some may find him little costly. There are also other, more affordable mineral balancing practitioners out there. I know one very good one who is affordable and puts his heart into his work and helping people figure things out. If you are interested in having an intro chat with him, let me know and I will put you in touch.
